Growing Great Microgreens Wednesday 5 or Thursday 6 August 2020, 5:30 – 6:30pm

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Learn how to Grow Great Microgreens. This one-hour talk and demonstration will help get you started growing tasty and nutritious greens for a continuous supply, even in winter. Even if you don’t have a garden and have never grown something to eat, microgreens might be the place to start. A house plant you can eat? Possibly.

Held at The Environment Centre Hawke’s Bay, 1004 Karamu Road, Hastings. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time so you have time to park and sign in at reception.

Although these workshops are free thanks to sponsorship from Hastings District Council, please register via Eventfinda to secure your place only if you are definitely going to attend and mark the date in your diary. Places are limited and there will be no door sales. For more information, contact Rachel Knight at rachel@thekitchengarden.co.nz. This event is part of Sustainable Backyards ‘bite-size’ programme.
