We all love the appeal of a magical ‘superfood’ that will solve all our health problems preferably in a pill or potion. And if it’s expensive it’s got to be good right? Maybe we could shred the cabbage in the crisper, grate a carrot and quarter an apple from the fruit bowl but nobody sold us the transformation associated with such simple steps. Here are a few super foods we can grow at home.
